If I could rate lower, I would. Being denied care because I don’t have a babysitter. Last minute cancellations. Rude and inadequate office staff. Hate the place and I’ve never stepped foot inside this Sutter building. Seeking new providers, we pay full price for health insurance and I would rather spend it on paying wages for staff and doctors that care about patients and unique family situations.
