Horrible service, very unprofessional, called my daughter a bitch! My daughter went to Hera OB-GYN Medical Group on Coffee Rd. for her scheduled appointment with Dr. Hopkins. She checked in with the receptionist who told her she owed $190. My daughter was unaware of this and asked if she could be billed. The receptionist insisted to my daughter they had called her the day before and made her aware of the payment to which my daughter told her she was not told of the fee, but had been called only to reschedule her appointment.... read more
RecommendedI’ve been going to them since 2016 and they are really great with meeting the needs of patients and always considerate and take time out to explain things in a professional manner and always have time to do a last minute phone call to let u know u have an appointment coming up.
they did a great job delivering my daughter and taking great care of me during my pregnancy a year &a go.
OBGYN Check up this doctor was horrid and not easy to work with. Would never recommend her. She makes you feel like you are bothering her and her staff. She doesn't care about your health and trying to make things easy at all. I waited almost 2 hrs to past my appt time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Yip for about 20 years. He has always been caring and attentive. Dr. Yip takes the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely cares about me as a patient. I recommend Dr. Yip to all of my friends and family without hesitation and knowing they will receive the best medical care available.
He was the doctor that delivered my son. He ignored all my concerns. I trusted him my regular doctor at the time Dr. Esther Tow-Der couldn't do the delivery but she said he was good and he was caring.She lied. She said it was my fault and that I didn't communicate. I talk to her ABOUT WHAT WAS IMPORTANT during my appointments. At the hospital he wouldn't even answer any of my questions he rather talk to the nurse.
