They never submitted my bill to insurance now a year later they send out a bill that was never submitted and I hav of ting a hold of the place. Voicemail is full not sure what to do so frustrating
Received a $2000 bill 9 months after my last visit. I had 3 appointments there and was told I did not have a co pay and it was covered by insurance. Now their office is closed, I’m receiving bills and there’s no one to talk to. Guess this is why their office is closed! Awful.
Update: Drs and techs are great. Admin can use improvement. The Drs. and nurses are very nice when you are in the office. They have zero sense of urgency after that. High risk pregnancies are scary. Should it take 2 weeks to get prescriptions straightened out? I’ve left messages on their answering service for appointments and for triage nurse when I got sick, never to receive a call back. I was also scheduled a 730 am appointment just to stand in hallway until they arrived at 8 am. They don’t seem to care.
Wonderful staff who is kind and caring. I had a difficult pregnancy and Dr Miller helped me through the worst part. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a high risk pregnancy clinic.
This place was soooo unprofessional. The blond rep didn’t know how to pull my insurance and they told me to call and I did and then they didn’t want to speak with them they wanted to keep struggling then ended up telling me they wanted me to reschedule instead after they told them I had insurance. They are sooooo unprofessional
