The front desk lady was very rude. She didn’t greet me when I entered and was making faces while taking payment, which made me feel disrespected. It was my birthday, and this behavior completely spoiled my experience, I even cried in my car. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because of my skin color, which is very upsetting. I still tipped because the person who did my hair was still fine, but the overall experience was ruined.

I got a super last minute balayage done with Lilah and it is probably one of the best ones i’ve gotten done! She is super attentive even though I am picky, and she knows exactly how to get you looking just like your inspo photo. First time i’ve ever seen a hairdresser take the time to do a toner specifically on my money piece to make sure it looked bright! Definitely will be coming back and I recommend Lilah 100000%!

I had a very good experience at this hair extension salon. I went there for a haircut and hair dry, and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job with my hair, and I was happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.

I have had two kinds of extensions installed at the Hair Extension Room both nano bead and weft extensions and they both fell out within a month of getting them done. This is not normal for me, or anyone, as my home town hairstylist has been doing my extensions for 6 years and this has never happened to me. I would NOT recommend getting any sort of hair extensions installed here.
