I had my hair done by Donjeta and fell in love with my results! Donjeta took my brassy dull blonde, and made it beautiful and bright again (while keeping it looking natural)!
I went in asking for bright blonde hair but left with grey and beige half-hearted highlights that looked NOTHING like what I wanted. After I had gone again to talk about it, they claimed they didn’t want to "damage my hair" by bleaching it all, but that wasn’t mentioned during the consultation. During the consultation, I was promised what I asked for which was bright blonde hair in one session. The owner sent a cold email without apologizing or attempting to fix it. This salon just lost me and my mom as customers.
