Kurt provided zero value to this entire process. We found our home that we bought, Kurt did nothing. We had to lower our initial listing price of our home after ZERO showings, which led to a sale--Kurt again did nothing. When we asked him his plan to sell the home (After listing) he said "List on MLS and print a BROCHURE" - I'd chalk that up to him doing nothing. His office manager - Tamma - IS AMAZING.
