Kurt McCurdy is an awesome realtor. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for viewing properties. Kurt is exceptionally knowledgeable about all facets of real estate and takes the time to explain anything you want to know. It was a pleasure to work with Kurt and his team.
Kurt provided zero value to this entire process. We found our home that we bought, Kurt did nothing. We had to lower our initial listing price of our home after ZERO showings, which led to a sale--Kurt again did nothing. When we asked him his plan to sell the home (After listing) he said "List on MLS and print a BROCHURE" - I'd chalk that up to him doing nothing. His office manager - Tamma - IS AMAZING. Kurt did an outstanding job selling our home and finding us a condo to eventually retire in. His expertise and knowledge was so helpful with the process. Kurt listens to all your concerns and provides excellent advice. We highly recommend him as he will work hard to get you want you request!!! He’s the best by far.

Kurt knew the history of the area, the details of the lake, and he assisted with connecting us to professionals that attended to our property & boat after we closed.
