After firing another realtor for not actively trying to sell our house we hired Tracy and Matt. They were awesome and within 5 days of going back on the market we were in contract. Our buyers turned out to be nightmares to deal with but Tracy and Matt both stepped up and got the deal closed. We Highly recommend Tracy and team. When we met with Tracy she told us what she would do for us and she did just that. A seasoned Realtor told us we couldn't get what we wanted for our home and when Tracy told us what she wanted to list it for was quite a bit more and we sold it for more then the other Realtor wanted us to list it for. They are very up to date on technology and that got results.
Tracey was a HUGE help in selling our 43 year old house. She saved us a ton of money in preparing the house for sale, and also helped us to negotiate a great deal with the prospective buyers.
