I currently rent a home from Howard Hanna. The property was sold mid lease from HER. Since then the grass has been unmowed, there is a leak in the kitchen ceiling/massive hole from previous failed repairs, and a broken dishwasher. I have reached out serval times, all service issues have been "accepted" but no progress in 3 months.

We were matched with a "full service" realtor - We did not sense any differences in the level of service in the level of service in spite of the fact that she was working for a lower commission. She actually recruited a second realtor, a colleague of hers located closer to our home, who partnered with her to sell our home and they both were helpful in so many ways!
