There is not enough space to adequately describe Nicole and Ron. They helped us purchase our home in 2017 and then sell this same home in July. Once we put our home on the market, we had an offer within just a few days. That was the only part of this process that was smooth. For a realtor that is new to our neighborhood maybe don’t get an attitude when the neighbors ask if the price is dropping. We know the price of the houses. We know that it’s overpriced. We had other neighbors that tried to buy it and it was overpriced. Ideally it’s a great place for somebody to live, but we know it’s overpriced. Maybe knowing that DR Horton had a specific person that did all of the appraisals in this neighborhood except for ours because we had a fill-in and we got our house for 20,000 less than asking price ... read more
