Please stay far away !!!! My grandmother has been a tenant of Benita's for almost 10 years. In the past 10 years Benita has done the bare minimum as far as landlord duties are concerned. Most of the time things are handled in a less than timely manner if at all. A couple of YEARS ago my grandmother told Benita that her back sliding door needed a replacement lock.
