I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I visited this salon last week and was left highly unimpressed. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait over an hour, which already set a poor tone. When I shared a nail reference, the technician instantly made me feel judged. I went in for a French tip shellac pedi, the lady CUT OFF my nails without asking me making them way too short for a french pedi. Then I don’t know what she had to scrub off so bad she literally scrapped off my leg with a nail file and I now have scars on my leg right before my trip. This was my first time here and they did a sloppy job for my manicure too. I’m never returning, please save your money and do not risk your vacation prep going to this horrendous place.
