Not really helpful. When scheduling an appointment, they don’t answer the phone, so I texted. They take days to respond to texts (as you can see) and only answer parts of the question. They don’t provide you with options, they just give you one date at a time, which wastes time and is unhelpful. My messages to them (because they don’t answer the phone) are below. I’ve called this place 15 times to schedule an appointment because I got a Father’s Day voucher appointment online and they won’t answer!!!!! FIFTEEN TIMMEESSSS!!!! I’m so pissed. Horrible. AND YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN OTP. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!!!! I DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE JUST FOR IT TO BE CLOSED WHEN IT SAYS OPEN!!!!!!
