I am extremely upset with my experience at this Med Spa and feel completely taken advantage of. To give you some background: I had a package with them that included several sessions. On my last session, I was told that if I wasn't actively growing hair at the time, I should skip the appointment and reschedule. I followed this advice and tried to reschedule, but they charged me a fee for doing so. Fine, I paid the fee and rescheduled my appointment. Honestly made me feel so calm and cared for during my massage with Cecila and my brow, lash lift with Jasmine. They both took such good care of me and they both did amazing. First massage and lash lift/ brow lamination I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely cannot wait to come back!
I loved this place! If you’re looking to get the best/ relaxing prenatal massage then I highly recommend Cecilia to take care of you! I already scheduled my next appointment!
First time laser experience and Amanda was AMAZING! Ensured my comfortability the whole time and she was SO patient. However the review would be higher if Niyelli (front desk) had displayed professionalism. She was incredibly unprofessional in her approach to an issue and made me as a client feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed, like I wanted to leave the business and never return! Thankfully Amanda and the fact that I bought a package will keep me going.
Amanda Gallegos is the girl for the job!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh i was afraid to try a new laser tech because the last time this other woman really messed up and irritated ky skinn buuuuuuuuuuuuut Amanda, was extremely phenomenal and she made me feel so comfortable. I felt so welcomed and I also loved the results of my skin.I I'm feeeeeling like a million bucks!!!!! If I could give her more than five stars, she would be for sure, be a ten star laser tech yall need to try her out!!! And NO 1 ELSE 🥰
