I’ve called this place 15 times to schedule an appointment because I got a Father’s Day voucher appointment online and they won’t answer!!!!! FIFTEEN TIMMEESSSS!!!! I’m so pissed. Horrible. AND YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN OTP. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!!!! I DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE JUST FOR IT TO BE CLOSED WHEN IT SAYS OPEN!!!!!!
I love this place, I've been coming since I was young, I've done laser hair removal multiple times it's awesome. I highly recommend Amanda, she's wonderful, she does a great job.
1/31/26: So I wanted to provide an update, now having seen Amanda at HerMed Spa for the past three months. My opinion has only skyrocketed, if that’s even possible, from my first experience. Every time I come in now, I feel like I’m catching up with one of my nearest and dearests, while getting pampered! And OMG MY LEGS HAVE NO HAIR!!! I have only had 4 sessions and I pretty much have zero hair remaining on my legs (itsy bit of the peach fuzz on my thighs - that’s it). I treat myself to a monthly massage and I have enjoyed every single minute of my massages thus far. I will continue to go there for my self care and I often recommend the fabulous Cecilia to friends and strangers alike. Book the service. You won’t be disappointed. They have great promotions periodically that make it a great deal!
