This was my first appointment at Her Healthcare and I have to say I was blown away by the entire staff's mindfulness, efficiency and overall patient care. I came in for a routine new patient visit, but abruptly showed up with some issues that had recently arose. ALL were addressed with no issue and resolved within minutes of leaving the clinic. I've been a patient of Dr. Plummer since 2003. Her bedside manners is Awesome. I've referred several family members to her. She's delivered my grandson 🙌
I scheduled myself for a 3:00 p.m. appointment and arrived on time. What followed was honestly a nightmare. Instead of being seen at my scheduled time, I was handed an extremely long questionnaire to complete. After finishing it, I continued waiting — and wasn’t called back until 4:30 p.m., a full hour and a half later.
