Before physical therapy with Her Health I could not stand for more than one hour without horrible pain in my pelvic area. Now I can be on my feet for more than five hours at a time. I came to Her Health several years ago and am still reaping the benefits although I have had to continue my stretch exercises in order to continue living pain free.
