I bought a microneedling package of 4 and did the first 2 then the owner told me she is moving. I never got the last 2 treatments done and I messaged her so many times but she either ignored my messages or replied saying she will figure out a day. This has been an issue since April and it never got resolved. Now she is living her life abroad after taking my money and not doing the service. She should have been honest and refunded my money since she made a decision to stop performing services.
