Had an incredible experience at HerBanana. I was able to design my dream wedding ring with the owner Chu. She gave genuine advice about what is the best quality needed for a long term long lasting wedding ring and band. Very reasonably priced and amazing quality.
I had a beautifully custom-designed engagement ring made by Chu, and it exceeded all my expectations. The craftsmanship was stunning and truly one-of-a-kind. Unfortunately, the ring got caught at the wrong angle and bent out of shape. I was devastated! But Chu was quick to come to the rescue. She reshaped the ring perfectly back to its original design, all complementary. Her care, skill, and dedication to her work really show. If you're looking for exceptional service and quality, I can't recommend Chu enough!
