Hope is a wonderful esthetician and person! I was 63 when I started treatments at her Ohio location. The ethically-sourced stem cell infusion facial treatments were beyond my expectations - and affordable for a middle class salary! Professionalism is everything and Hope Roaden lacks a lot of it. She tried teaching at one of the local beauty schools and was removed from the program for an overwhelming level of unprofessionalism presented consistently amongst multiple classes. Very judgemental and stuckup. Talks a big game but comes across very insecure. Her self-esteem seems to be dependent on talking and tearing down other women. Acne specialist AND Botox injector?! Can’t believe how lucky I am to have found HER Aesthetics and work with Hope on solving my skincare issues. Truthfully, we’re working on treating the damage caused by the “#1 derm in Texas” (iykyk). Please do yourself a solid by going to Hope and not a derm office for acne, it’s seriously a night and day difference between the two options.
