I rented a garage unit from December 2023 to July 2024. July 13, 2024 I noticed the entrace gate was unlocked. It remained unlocked through until at least July 31 when I moved out. Later, Hepworth forwarded me an email dated July 11 which they claimed was notification of the security lapse. I had not received this email before.
