Went in and got an estimate for hail damage on my truck. The person that gave me the quote basically called me a liar and gaslight me. We were going over the estimate and he told me most of the hits were to the hood and the roof. I asked him about the headliner (the hail caused it to start falling down). he told me that hail doesn't do any damage to headliners. I had bodywork done here around September of last year. After a lot of time looking at the quality of the paint job and repair. Im totally disappointed. The rear bumper they replaced has very small raised plastic specs in many spots of the bumper from manufacturing. That they could have sanded down during painting, the front and rear bumper have a ton of orange peel going on. I had to wait around a month after my initial qoute for the shop to slow down.
