They fixed my Sentra after a fender bender and it was a very slick feeling process the entire time from drop-off to pickup and the communication from Tony specifically was stellar no doubt! Thank y’all!!
Good choice for quick turnaround on mechanical repairs. The Hudson staff was excellent in communication, and got my vehicle back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. If your insurance offers Heppner's as a choice for a repair center, I would certainly recommend them.
I had an excellent experience with Heppner's in Hudson. The quality of their work is outstanding—you can't even tell what was damaged. Their communication throughout the entire process was impeccable, keeping me informed every step of the way. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations, making the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs!

I am not at all satisfied, and that should matter to you. I never said I was upset by the six weeks it took to fix it, I am saying that it should be enough time to do the job right.
