You never want to have to take your car to an auto body shop, but if you do, I cannot recommend Heppners enough. They went above and beyond in repairing my car. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, but they went the extra mile and detailed my entire car before I picked it up! Lee was wonderful to work with and his communication was excellent. We have had our vehicles repaired at Heppner’s on several occasions, and have been very happy with their work and customer service.
Brought my 2018 CRV in for a dented rear quarter panel, but they were able to pull out almost all the hail dings as well! The interior detail looks fantastic, too. It's like a whole new vehicle.
Heppner's repaired my Pilot after a minor crash and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of workmanship and level of service they provided exceeded expectations. Lee provided an estimate and was my contact during the repair process. He was upfront, honest, and provided regular progress updates.
