I recently had my car repaired here and worked with Marco, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated and making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism.
We all have a lot of choices these days and a lot of customer service disappointments!! But not at Heppner’s From the start Lee was great, explained everything about my repair and how the culture was customer centric! You never want to have to take your car to an auto body shop, but if you do, I cannot recommend Heppners enough. They went above and beyond in repairing my car. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, but they went the extra mile and detailed my entire car before I picked it up! Lee was wonderful to work with and his communication was excellent.
