I could not have been happier with my vehicle repair at Heppner's. The communication was excellent as was the completed repair. Highly recommended.
Good service
Heppner's went well out of there to get all four tires replaced, as my vehicle is an all wheel drive. AutoOwners refused and only pay for the one tire. The manufacturer Subaru recommends that all four be replaced. I picked it up and my car was cleaned inside and out, so that was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this body shop
We have used Heppner's in the past but after our last experience will not go back. Brought our car in for repairs after receiving an estimate from them for under 3k and were told it would take a week to repair (due to being rear-ended). We trusted the process more than we should have. We received our car back a month later with new body damage to the side.
