We had a great experience renting from Hepler Realty. They were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our lease. The property was well maintained. We truly appreciated everything and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!
Leased a property from Nathan for 2 years while revamping a company in the area. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person to do business with. Was fair and honest, just good people all the way around. Honestly loved living there, it was a good experience for our family. I would strongly recommend them if you are in the area and see their sign. Good people to do business with.
We worked with Nathan and he did an amazing job. Listing and selling our house was made easy by his knowledge of the market. Additionally, he kept us well informed throughout the process and used videos to help us understand each document we signed throughout the process. Would definitely use Helper reality again and would highly recommend.

My experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing. After a city inspection identified repair issues with the property, communication became difficult. I repeatedly attempted to pay rent and kept records of those attempts. An eviction case was filed against me for nonpayment but the court ultimately dismissed the case with prejudice after I presented my evidence.Throughout the process, I received communications that I felt were unprofessional and intimidating.
