WARNING : DON’T LEAVE WATCHES AT THIS PLACE !! Completely rude people working here . Especially Joan, who apparently deals with watches and is the owner !! Left a very expensive ladies Tissot to have a battery changed. No one in store knew how to replace a battery for a curved back watch, took 3 days , was told that their retired watch maker whom works from his home did the battery replacement. He removed 1 link to open watch and must have bent the pin terribly watch was given to my husband with the biggest link all crooked ... read more
BUYER BEWARE-my sister in law spent over $300 on a diamond bracelet and earring set. The bracelet fell apart a week after wearing it. They offered to send it out to be fixed which was great. Weeks went by with no word from them and I had to constantly follow up. Got excuse after excuse all while trying to “upsell” me another bracelet which I thought was terrible. Went to have a clasp fixed on a tennis bracelet. Not only did they repair it in seconds, they did not charge me. I would go there again for all jewelry purchases in the future. A credit to the community
