My husband and I went to have a battery put in his watch and a few pieces of jewelry repaired. What absolutely, amazing, customer service! The two ladies in the shop were funny, lovely and attentive. There is a lot to be said for good old fashioned customer service. Thank you both so much!
I purchased a ring in August 2025 and had it resized in September 2025. In November 2025, the centre stone fell out after normal wear. I returned it and the stone was replaced at no charge. When I received the ring back, the stone was not sitting level and appeared crooked and off centre. I returned again and asked for it to be checked. I had a ring bought in August for me and it was resized in September, 2 months later in November the stone fell out. I brought it back and they replaced the stone at no charge. When I got it back it was set crooked and off center and tilted. I went back to have them check it and they told me it was my fault that the stone fell off and it was fine.
