My experience with HepaVac has alway been good. Great communication, friendly, professional, on time, thorough job, and attention to detail.
Frank provided excellent service, explained what the situation was for cleaning my home, setup equipment so I would have the least amount of noise, and was very respectful. I highly recommend.
Reed is quick, clear, efficient, and informative. We've had him clean out all of our ducts and keep him coming back to clean out our dryer vent, which is longer than it should be, to make sure everything is running as it should.
