Today Hep came to work on my heat pump as it was not cooling properly. Jacob Newman came and did a system inspection and found the problem. He put in an order to replace the faulty part and got my home cool. Thank you.

Michael came out to give us a quote for a new roof, gutters and soffits. Very professional. He explained the difference between Shingle and metal roofs. We have had 5 different quotes and HEP was the cheapest, apples to apples. We can't wait for our new gutters and soffits! They can do the job in about a week! Thank you again HEP! You have ahhhmazing staff!
Jeremiah was great! Came out for 1 issue and did a full inspection of our house and explained everything wrong and came up with a plan to fix it! Great experience and great tech!
