Update: it appears that the report prepared by Mr. Hentoff made perfect sense to anyone, who is deeply involved in the children psychology which renders insignificant my personal thoughts on the value and quality of the report. We had to find the value of the documents provided to us in a hard way, instead of having the explanation handled to us. So this is something that could be improved.
