RecommendedAbsolutely in love with the new office “look”. Had Steve out to repair our chimney and install a wood insert in an existing fireplace. My family has used many chimney companies. I would have to say that we feel ripped off by them, due to their lack of knowledge. THIS COMPANY is so knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! Safety is definitely their first priority, and there is no cutting corners. When it comes to our fireplaces and wood stoves, we only want the best... and we have found them!!! I called Henson’s Chimney repair because I have a leak in my fireplace and made an appointment a month in advance. I requested off from work this day, as did my boyfriend, and Steve called a few days before to “forfeit” the appointment. I’ve never interacted with someone so unprofessional who would waste my time like this. A leak is a serious matter that causes irreparable damage.
