15 years ago, I had Henson- Robinson install my furnace and after that, I promised myself I would not use them again. I tried to tell the installer there needed to be a vent in the cold air return, like there was before, but he wouldn't listen. My air froze and it was hot out. They had to come back the next day and fix that. He dripped PVC glue on my basement floor he also made a mess when he installed the thermostat. Henson Robinson has been my go to for hvac for the last few years. I have used other companies and have had not so great experiences. HR is fair, friendly, and always helpful!
Great trustworthy service every time!
No AC! Called and received an appointment within a few hours!! Technician Zach called to say he was on the way. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! AC back on. You always get the best service from the Henson Robinson folks
