Our air conditioner stopped working when it was 90 degrees out, in the evening, and over a weekend. Henson sent a technician out, who worked even when it was dark to figure out what was wrong. They had the part on the truck and our nightmare AC scenario ended. Highly recommend!

Please be careful. In 2018 my hot water heater was not working and since I had used them for years, I called for a service call. They came out and told me it had to be replaced and would cost 1400. They also told me they would not charge for the call. When they left, I called my grandson, as he works in Chicago, for a heating and plumbing company. I told him what was going on, and his boss, sent him down to check on me. He fixed it for a $20 dollar part which is still working. Now he won't allow anyone but him to work on my ... read more
