Stay far away from their plumbing services for residential. I should have learned the first time when they had to return three times to tighten a p trap. This time they attempted to replace hot and cold shut off valves but the tech was too lazy to get one in red do both are in blue. I own two sober living homes for men in Springfield. A technician came to my oldest building for a Spring check and informed me that the rooftop a/c unit was 50 - 60 years old. Red flag that it needed replaced. Found out also that part of the duct work was actually made of wood...another red flag. Jamie from HRCO came out and gave me a quote within a few days. Depend on Henson to have trucks speeding threw town and highways!
Our air conditioner stopped working when it was 90 degrees out, in the evening, and over a weekend. Henson sent a technician out, who worked even when it was dark to figure out what was wrong. They had the part on the truck and our nightmare AC scenario ended. Highly recommend!
