Technician was polite and very informative while answering my questions.
Tavaris was completely thorough and walked through everything with me.I was amazed at what a great job he did. He is also very personable and pleasant to work with! He was the only one that identified that we do not have return air ducts upstairs at all! ( After having built the place thirteen years ago) I feel very confident now, on how to manage the system going forward to get best efficiency as well as potential fixes for the future!
Eddie is always helpful and I just love his fairness and genuine concern for the customer.
