Update from my review last year: My son's heater didn't work at the start of the season. The Henson rep assessed the problem and told my son he needed a new, $10,000, system. I got a second opinion from another company. The other company fixed the problem in 15 minutes and said there was no need for a new system. I disputed Henson's bill but they are requiring me to pay it. Your tech was knowlegable in our furnace issues that 37 other local HVAC's could not handle.
I had an urgent issue and they came out right away. I received very professional service and they took time to explain everything to me. They cared about me and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!!
