My system was not switching from heat to cooling. The system would continue to blow warm air when it should have been cooling. I expressed to the tech that I recently installed a new thermostat. The tech examined the system and told me I needed a new control board, blower and more. He even showed me a pic of a scorched board. He quoted me nearly $2800. Tried to contact for servicing and questions and got hung up on the first time, tried to call back on same number then no answer then used another phone with different number and rude gentleman answered immediately told me he was busy and another call was coming in and he hung up on me again. Horrible customer service.

I used Henson Heating and Air back in April to have my two units serviced on my new build since they installed them. I signed up for their service plan which was $360. Rhett came out to service them in April. My husband and I were both home and our cameras recorded his arrival and departure time. He was here for 12 minutes. All he did was change my air filters, which we do monthly. Both units were off, being that the weather outside was very mild. He never turned them on. Great service for my plumbing shop. Our AC went out twice this year during what I assume is a busy time for HVAC. Henson Heating & Air showed up both times quickly and got the Air conditioning working perfectly and with these 100 degree temps outside it was needed quickly! Thank you! Highly recommend.
