Great service for my plumbing shop. Our AC went out twice this year during what I assume is a busy time for HVAC. Henson Heating & Air showed up both times quickly and got the Air conditioning working perfectly and with these 100 degree temps outside it was needed quickly! Thank you! Highly recommend.
I don't have really ever leave bad reviews for companies. But I've given this company a year to stand behind their work, and they just won't do it. They installed the Freon lines on my house too close to the outside edge of the framing on the exterior walls, and so the siding nails punctured the freon lines. It's against code to install them where they did. They sent a tech out a year ago and he agreed that it wasn't installed correctly and he fixed the puncture in the line. Henson HVAC has done work for me several times over the years. They installed two new units to replace the original builder units that were worn out. Recently did a repair for one unit August 2024. Short delay because of part availability but that expected these days. Once part arrived Henson quickly got the unit up and running cool as a cucumber. Always professional and courteous service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henson HVAC to any homeowner.
