We got a flat tire on our Volvo that couldn’t be repaired! Air was coming out so fast it was whistling. The team at Henson Ford was so courteous. They even drove us to a local BBQ joint while we waited on a ride. So many friendly people in Madisonville.
Did not acknowledge fault with truck beforehand. Negotiated a price and said fault was the reason for the price after the fact. Drove 2 hours here and while the few salespeople were courteous, apparently management not so much. Honesty is key for good service.
I was recently camping in Madisonville, Tx when the battery on my F-150 died. I called Henson ford and spoke with Clint who was extremely polite and professional. He said he would send a tech to my camp site with a new battery as soon as possible. Within 30 min Omar from Henson ford arrived at my camp site and replaced the battery and got my truck up and running. Omar and Clint were simply outstanding and the service was beyond outstanding. Thank you Henson Ford!!!!
