I found the truck I wanted online at Henson Ford and worked with Jose (sales), Leon (GM), and Jerome (finance). I’ve bought many vehicles over the years but found this buying experience to be most pleasant I’ve ever had. Everyone treated us like they knew us, and, like I said, the experience wasn’t painful at all. My next car purchase will be with this team.
Service advisor Harold Roy was very accommodating, courteous and friendly. He kept me informed on the service progress and best of all, he ALWAYS responds to my follow up texts or phone calls to voicemail. He has even called me on his day off when I first made contact and offered troubleshooting ideas before bringing in the vehicle. How awesome is that?
I was genuinely surprised that your Rep. Clint worked us in to look at our truck, I fully expected to be told I had to have an appointment. My 90 yr. old friend that I am a caretaker for was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you for the service we received. Your business and employees should be applauded.
