Made an appointment for oil change. Was greeted nicely and was in and out in less than an hour. Was a great experience.
If I could give this dealership a negative star, I would. My wife and I recently traveled approximately 70 miles from The Woodlands to this dealership, opting for what we hoped would be a more personalized experience from a smaller-town business, rather than choosing one of the larger, more established dealerships closer to home. Just needed another van for work. They had a great price on a '24, so I made the drive from College Station to check it out. There were no games (already applied undercoating, unmentioned hail damage, etc.), so I just bought it. Super nice people and probably the easiest car purchase I've ever made.
Good friendly service. Harold the service manager makes you feel like a friend instead of a customer.
