Avoid this place at all costs unless you simply can't afford anywhere else. There where so many things wrong with my stay here! -After living there for 2 weeks,my car got broken into.Police didn't even come out for a report. -Someone tried to break into my apartment WHILE I was in it.Management didn't care. -They messed up my monthly payments repeatedly (always keep your receipt) -The maintenance crew rarely came by when I requested for them. -ROACHES!! It was ridiculous! Just stay away....

Never again will we live here.. the manager isnt pleasent to speak to.. we've had nothing but issue's. people don't clean up after there animals or them selves. cig butts all over the place gargbage on patios. our car has almost been hit many a times by the mail box because no one is courtious. Can not wait to leave!!!

Name of apartments is Park at Northside. Need repair outside and inside. Phone line in some kitchens don't work and some bedrooms have no phone jacks. Managemant say renters have to repair lines and get jacks installed. Some windows don't have screens. Doors don't secure properly and are easy to break into. Fitness center suppose to be open 24/7, but isn't. Renters don't have key access or have the code to the key pad and the key pad is not functioning either. Possible drug deals in parking lot. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE APARTMENT MANAGER IS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND DISRESPECTFUL. IT TAKES AN ACT OF CONGRESS, OR CALLING HER SUPERVISOR, TO ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES RESOLVED IN YOUR APARTMENT. THE EXTERIOR APARTMENT SIGN AND THE WELL MANICURED LANDSCAPE WILL FOOL YOU. DON'T LET THAT TRICK YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU WILL GET THE SAME TREATMENT AS A TENANT OR YOUR APARTMENT WILL BE TENDERED THAT SAME. THE MODEL APARTMENT IS ALSO A "FOOLER". Anyone looking to rent an apartment do NOT go to this location. I made the mistake of look at the GOOD reviews and forgetting the bad. They do not know how to take care of their tennants. We had a leak in our guest bedroom. SOAKED and ruined furniture. Did they apologize or offer to get things cleaned or replaced? Not even after they admitted it was their fault. The apartment is old but well kept. Residence are mostly senior women, there are many activities. The on site manager and maintenance is great. The back office personal are brutal ( they were probably trained by AlQuida). Read contract very closely because they will threw it in your face and try to change the rules as they please unless you know the contract. I'm leaving because of the back room, no flexibility in the leasing at all.

I have been a resident at this location for a year now. We have just renewed our lease for another year. The apartments are pricey, but for the location it is worth it. With a trail in walking distance, retail stores, and 250 different restaurants within 2minutes driving distance it makes for a great spot to live. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They always resolve any problems within hours of the compliant. The grounds are kept beautiful in the summer, and clear of snow in the winter months. The apartments are... read more

The management personnel were great during the "honeymoon" period, but once you cannot get out of your lease, you are out of luck. Military members: Sure they are a member of the Set-Aside Program, but you would be better served chosing another place to live. I can't wait to PCS because I will be able to get out of my lease!! Maintenance people have no attention to detail and NEVER show up at the time they are supposed to. 6 months after a fire downstairs and I am still fighting to have my walls painted correctly.

I live on the second floor and I'll I hear from 5:00am on is the dog above me and next to me. I work from home and this dog barks and cries all day long. When owner comes home he/she must play with it and it sounds like it is coming through the ceiling. If you are going to rent here make sure no one has any pets anywhere around you. Maybe try for a top floor apartment.
