Avoid these apartments. There are NO secured buildings. People loiter in random stairwells, kids smoke weed in the buildings, apartments are invested with mice, and the laundry facilities doing work or clean clothes. To stay here, you need 911 on speed dial and your own security system. The tenants that do care, voice their concerns and issues but Management says to call the Police for any and all safety issues. WARNING: Save yourself the agony and frustration. Take this place off your list. Don't get suckered in by the inexpensive rent, seemingly spacious apartments and "flexible" leasing. The leasing office will tailor their sales pitch to your needs/wants. All questions will be answered with a yes. They say whatever you want to hear to in order to get you to sign a very vague lease, which allows them to regulate fees, change policies...etc. Electric bill constantly increases even when I cut back dramatically and leave for vacatio... read more
Renter beware, Bad place to live. There has been multiple times when police have been in the parking lot to look for criminals who live there! Many of the tenants are very strange that live there. Not a safe place to live. Also the units are all run down and falling apart. The water pressure is really bad, if you take a shower just plan on waiting a long time to get showered with the drops of water your getting it may be an hour to get clean! I have been a tenant here for going on 2 years and am completely disgusted by the quality and upkeep of their Apartment homes; they are filled with MOLD! MOLD grows on EVERY THING!! (See attached photos) I have contacted them several times about it and all I get is excuses and that they'll "send someone to look at it." Several of my neighbors had mold outbreaks so severe that they broke their leases because of the effects that it had on their health. Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I have had 3 floods (1 by upstairs neighbor, 1 by refrigerator line, and 1 by air conditioning room). I have had maintenance come 7 (not exaggerating) times due to the air conditioning not working, I'd come home from work on a 90 degree day and walk into a 85 degree house. The first flood maintenance came in cut the carpet down the middle and aired it out and then reattached the carpet, leaving me with an ugly bride of chucky carpet. the place is decent as far as appearance, but inside is filled with a nasty property manager and flunky. the complex has so many rules you can't possibly enjoy yourself here, because you won't be able to do anything. I have stayed in quite a few apartment complexes, and this 1 is the worst by far.
