Purchased car remotely from Tulsa OK , it took some work but Bubba , Aylin and Seth made it happen. Car was delivered to me in a timely manner all the way to Tulsa, the car is perfect just as described, am very happy with my purchase, just understand they are busy so need to be patient.
We were on a road trip when the ac when out on our Grand Cherokee. We stopped at Henson. They took care of us in a very quick manner and had us on our way. They were extremely nice, personable and professional!
I purchased my vehicle from Henson a month ago, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Most concerning, the vehicle I traded in still hasn’t been paid off—a full month later. I’ve traded in multiple vehicles at other dealerships in the past and never once had an issue with the payoff being delayed. This is unacceptable and I am in danger of having my credit affected. I was also told by the sales manager that I’d receive two free oil changes if I went through with the deal, but that promise has not been honored.... read more
