Great dealership to work with , our salesman Chris went above and beyond . We were dealing with total loss of prior vehicle, so it was a real pain with insurance and making sure prior vehicle was taken care of to get a great deal moving forward and him and finance team took great care of us
Terrible experience ,I usually buy 2-3 cars each year with my business and never had an experience like this before. On March 28th I saw a vehicle listed online and drove in 3 hrs from Dallas to come see it left a $2000 cash deposit on it to “hold” the vehicle and they insisted cash not card. Next day had the car deal completed and car was sent to me in the next few days stating I’d be getting my deposit back in the mail. Hate to say this but be careful buying from here. Seemed to be solid guys at first but they are just like every other CDJR dealer. Purchased a couple vehicles from these guys and have been completely ghosted by Justin Pomeroy, one of the owners. Was owed a key fob which took 2 months to even get communication on. Was also told promised reimbursed for tint and a dealer add on that wasn’t supposed to be there because it was agreed on prior to the contract.
