We were on a road trip when the ac when out on our Grand Cherokee. We stopped at Henson. They took care of us in a very quick manner and had us on our way. They were extremely nice, personable and professional!
I purchased my vehicle from Henson a month ago, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Most concerning, the vehicle I traded in still hasn’t been paid off—a full month later. I’ve traded in multiple vehicles at other dealerships in the past and never once had an issue with the payoff being delayed. This is unacceptable and I am in danger of having my credit affected.
