Do not go to the dealership because as soon as you’re not willing to do one thing for them after you informed them that you are an hour away and you’re not gonna drive the waste your time what else some guarantees and they said we can’t keep you guarantees and I said I know you’re trying to do your job, but I’m not wasting my time for something that I don’t know is a sure thing and they like well. We had a problem with our van while on a trip. We stopped at Kramer Dodge to get it checked. Daniel Castillo was the man that dealt with us. Since it was 4:00 in the evening we had to get a hotel for that night. Daniel was so nice, he took us to the hotel, made sure we were checked in and even put some meat we had in a refrigerator over night.
