Ray and his crew showed up very late, no phone calls, no updates. Ray was totally inconsiderate of the amount of my time he wasted. Once they started they actually did a good job for a very fair price, however the job was not completed and there in lies the problem. Ray’s crew cut down my trees on September 3, 2020. They started late and finished around 9pm. Ray said they would come back the following day to cut the six foot tall stumps down to four inches. Dishonest! Took our money and didn’t finish the job. Not reliable. Numerous times said they would cut our trees then didn’t show up when they said they would. Do not use this service!
Cut my neighbor's tree and it fell on my fence and broke it down. Refused to give me their insurance company and promised to fix the fence. This was over a month ago they have not fixed the fence and will not return my calls
