Mr. Hensley seemed to be a nice, decent man, but the appraisal he prepared was 23,000 less than the house appraised for 12 months prior. The comaparisons he came up with to other homes and the deductions he added to my home was to say the least extreme. I suggest if you are having a home appraised for a refinance such as I was and you discover Hensly appraisals will be doing it insist that someone else do the appraisal.
