I've gone with my spouse several times and found the staff helpful, knowledgeable , scheduling was easy etc. Dr. herself was quite polite , resolution to the problem was accurate. Facility clean, parking easy , finding office little tricky . overall I was very pleased with entire process. Thank you to all in the health care field.

been with Dr Hensley over a year now and just love her. Good patient interaction, she listens to you and then she takes action, she also will explain things to you. Almost a miracle now a days :)

I don't feel like she cares. She doesn't spend a lot of time with patients and just wants to give pills instead of figuring out what the actual problem is. Will be finding a new PCP. The office staff also are unfriendly and UN-concerned about serious issues. Basically told me via the phone there was nothing they could do about my large kidney stone, I would just have to pass it. It is too large to pass on its own. I had to make another apt (another copay) to get a referral to urologist.

She was my doctor for over 15 years before moving out of state. She is very attentive and considerate when it comes to her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kristi Hensley was my doctor for 18 years until I was forced to relocate to find a job. She always gave me warm, supportive, wonderful care. She felt like a friend as much as a great doctor. She will be irreplaceable.

Dr. Hensley is cordial and easy to talk to. She is professional and knowledgable. When I felt the need to see an endocrinologist , she graciously set up a referral for me. Her office staff is friendly and efficient. I have been very happy in her care.
