I lived there one year. It is true about the cheap quality doors and door knobs. My father got stuck in the bathroom when my parents came to visit. I was shown a different nice apartment, but when we moved in it was a crapier one that we recieved. I would not recommend this place. Had to replace 2 refrigerators. The maintenance tracked countless dirt on the carpet but yet we get charged for carpet damage and did not receive our deposit.
I have lived at Henslee Heights 19 years along with long term neighbors and I love it. never had problemsgetting anything done when I request it. The mgr is great if the tnt complies with policy. simple as that.I wouldnt want her job to put up with some of the people I seen live here.
horrible apartments where everything breaks when they say they fix it it gets worse, the apartment manager is the only one she allows to have a pet, the washing ad drying facilities steal all of your money with no refunds for you loss and break when you try to even do laundry and any requests to take care of anything get blown off completely even minor things. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Hard to find parking in front of apartments, old cheaply designed, plastic door knobs that get stuck in the door easily. Weve had to pry open door one time because my friend got stuck in the bathroom and have had to bust open kids bedroom door. Very noisy you can hear everything inside and out. Very aggravating to live here. I will not renew. =[
