Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We have been trying to payout our second mortgage since nov 9/16. She has had 3 weeks prior to prepare the payout. We had a closing day of nov 9, Received NOTHING. then we tried to close on the 17th, then 18th and so on. It is now nov 23 and no further ahead. Our lawyer have tried to contact her numerous times.Does not return emails or phone calls. Whenever she does decide to get back to us, she sends a payout statement that is totally wrong, The numbers DON'T even match up!!..She sent a payout last wee... read more
