Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about cars. He charged us $50 bucks for a jump versus $85-$90 everywhere else I called.
Very poor customer service. I was advised by my Geico Adjuster to go and pick up the belongings from my car only to find that the Front Desk Receptionist was asleep! The two truck drivers on duty refused to move my car out from between two other cars, stating I needed to squeeze in, open the doors, and try and get my belongings out that way by setting them on the roof! OH, was I PISSED! I have since contacted Geico and have requested they terminate their relationship with this towing service as my experience was absolutely h... read more

My car would not start. Henry towing company qgot to me within 15 mins of requesting the tow. My tow truck driver, Micheal Singletary was a wonderful host. He tried everything to get my car started. During the ride, he made sure that I was comfortable. He took me to the auto shop and made sure that I was comfortable and safe before I left. All in all Mr. Singletary hospitality skills are unmatched. We need more nice people like himself in this industry. Give this guy a raise!
