If I could Henrys would get NO STARS,Purchased 2 "New" tires and they didn't pass inspection 2 months later with a "warranty" that was reigned on. They suck new or used tires.Dont waste your time or money!!!!
This a must go place for used and NEW tires they have a wide selection of tires and rims. My first visit I was a little afaid due to the recent reviews, needless to say i will return. THANKS GUYS!!
I have purchased used tires here a few time. The last time I got a tire it blew the very next day. Now they are stating they will not replace it. This is the last time I will ever come here. They are rudw to boot! Not a satisfied customer. They do not keep their word. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!
I am an employee of Henrys Tires and for me to say before they are informed wrong we have a 30 day manufacturing warranty which means if the tire has a seperated belt we will replace it with in the 30 days with a $15 labor charge. Otherwise if you buy a tire from us and you run over a screw, nail, tools, foreign objects, or any kind of act from god we are not responsible. This company is a RIPOFF. Bought Four tires there and 1 developed a leak within 45 days. They said warranty not valid and needed to buy new tire. Then they proceeded to put lug nuts on wrong. I drove down the street with loose tire and the stems were destroyed. This has cost me $112 and they refuse to take responsbility so I am taking them to court. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE
