Been going for the past 13 years! Ellen is a gem!! Never disappointed with the outcome!
This is the last time I’m going ever going here absolutely unprofessional unorganized really needs to be shut down never again walk in are non existent without waiting 2 hours making appointment is never goes as plans and she don’t call if anything changes or if there gonna be late absolute foolishness and the workers smell awful
I booked an appointment for 12:30 (this is the time the lady who works there told me ) I get there @ 12:25 and waited for 20 minutes in the snow btw I call and call no one answers the store looks close but why would she tell me to be there at that time and still not be there by 1 mind you the store supposed to be open @10
Terrible experience it’s only like two workers there and the boss lady or whatever she supposed to be set appointment and don’t even have the store open
