Your experience with this company was disappointing. Their technician appeared unmotivated when arriving at my property. Despite providing complete information via text, including the correct car details, they quoted the wrong vehicle. Upon arrival, they refused to complete the job on-site and demanded an additional $400 to take it to their shop. Henry is fast, honest, and reliable. I called him this morning with an issue with the a/c in the car and he invited me to bring it in “anytime.” I drove straight there, told him the problem, and he knew what it was right away. He called the parts house and ordered the part and within an hour I was back home with the problem fixed. Thanks, Henry! I will be a repeat customer!
