My real estate agent scheduled this company to inspect our new house in the summer of 2015. They do NOT do a very thorough job. The biggest problem I had was the fact that they opened the electrical panel and looked at the sticker inside and marked it as having a 100 amp service, because the sticker said "Rated to 100 amps". They did't bother to look at it at all and called that the "electrical inspection". To whom this may concern, I talked with this client by phone and by email on September 3, 2015 at 2:03 PM. Regarding, this situation, this was a fuse box, not a breaker box. The box itself was a 100 amp fuse panel, the only way to determine if a lower amperage fuses were installed, would be to remove the main fuse pull.
