The owner, Phil, is a stand up citizen. He has been in business for over 35 years. He gives excellent customer service, a great haircut and charges normal prices. This is definitely a place where you can be at peace and away from the cursing, craziness and callousness of other places.
I rented the upstairs apartment years ago,for several years. At that time in my life I really didn’t have life together was just trying to figure it out with my two daughters. Mr.Phill is such a stand up guy. I know I wasn’t the easiest tenant,but the patience,empathy,and grace this man gave is unforgettable. This man don’t know how much he has helped me and my girls.
