I'm disgusted that my 72 and 82 year old parents waited in the heat for 30 to 40 min to get an inspection from a man that was on the phone with his gf instead of doing his job. Then when he finally decided to inspect the vehicle he kept holding the same conversation. This is why the black community had a hard time supporting black owned business. I would hope after reading this review this company learns what customer service is. And thank God that he's working on our I would be down there raising hell in person!!!

I started going to Henry's Garage when he was on Harrison, a blk off Troost, more than 25 years ago, a a number of cars ago. He has always been friendly & surprisingly honest, for this day & age. I trust him without reservation. He really is a rarity in today's environment of greed & deception. I only wish there were more stars to give. I swear he is simply the best & I have never used that word in any review. I cudn't even find any reviews on Yelp, so I'm leaving it here. Henry is the most trust worthy mechanic I have ever met. I have been there a few times and he always gives me an honest assessment of the problem. If he doesn't find one, he will tell me. He knows that honest service means repeat service.

May be a little expensive on some repairs but I get good quality work done, I haven't been dissatisfied yet.

Cheap and Efficient We started taking our 55 passenger Chief's party bus to Henry about 5 years ago. The staff is super friendly and will take walk-ins. I now try to go there for everything, including ordering tires for my 4Runner - he was about 60% of any other quote I received.
