Extremely poor customer service.
RecommendedLove their food been eating there since they’ve opened. Cheeseburgers are big and jucy and they have a huge assortment of milkshakes and sweets. We do refrigeration work for restaurants (we have at Henrys also)and after seeing how dirty some of the restaurants are refrigeration/Ac guys won’t eat there but We eat at Henry’s at least twice a week so that should tell you something

I live in Ky! When I go visit my sister in Brookwood she always takes me to Henry’s! I love there chicken! It’s the best place to eat, and the owners are so nice! can’t wait to go back.👍🏻

My family loves Henry's and eat there regularly. The food is always wonderful and the staff is always friendly. The owners are amazing people who give back to our community wanting nothing in return.
I have NEVER gotten a bad meal at Henry’s The people there are friendly and the service is quick There burgers are the best in Tuscaloosa County

Where do I start? My favs are the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and the Club Sandwich. Service has always been great every time we've been in or called in an order. Always greeted with a smile.
