just called to asked about an estimate because my car won't stay aligned I've taken it to a suspension shop and had towing arms replace..still won't stay aligned i called Hernry's based on reviews..whom every answered the phone was absolutely the rudest ..explained briefly my car hadn't been in an accident according to carafe..he then stated that because my car was an accident he wouldn't (touch it) he never listened also jus said goodbye ...horrible customer service
Henry's was the closest body shop on my insurer's list. I needed a rear bumper replaced after a minor accident. The process was quick and easy. When I went to pick up my car, it had been washed and detailed. Thanks Kerwin & crew for a pleasant surprise, and for making the process so painless.
I've always loved Henry's that's why know I'm going there for my passenger side mirror. I just wanted to let kervin now that I'll be there Tuesday morning instead of today. And I've got to say I've always had a great experience going to Henry's they do an awesome job.
Went to Henry's based on recommendation from my Insurance company. Entire process was incredibly smooth and easy, work was done within the time frame they estimated and Kervin was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly friendly and personable, and my car looks better now than it has in years!
