Went there 2 times spent $580 dollars on getting my AC fixed. I don't understand how a vacuum leak test can pass and yet waste money on it when there was still a leak. It was eventually something covered by car warranty at the dealership, thankfully this place reminded me of the warranty paperwork. When I explained to the dealership the money spent at Henry's they said I was ripped off and that the dealership was not charging enough for AC when they charge much less.
I definitely recommend this place! Very honest and fair price!
Henry was a life saver! I was two hours from home and my front right strut broke. I took my tacoma to Henry's after being denied by another garage that wouldn't even look at my truck to tell me if it was drivable. Henry took one look at the undercarriage and new what happened. He and his receptionist, Brooke, called several people trying to find the part I needed and eventually found one to get me on the road within a few hours. They were both kind and understanding. Henry has really helped a couple of my cars stay on the road. In my experience they are highly competent, creative when necessary, and very trustworthy. I take my cars there for anything from trivial oil changes to a complete brake overhaul. Used this shop for at least ten years.
