I do not recommend this office. My husband and I will be seeking care from a different practice for our yearly exams. I would highly recommend that all patients check their bills VERY carefully as the person in charge of billing has no idea what she is doing and is totally unwilling to even listen when the insurance company tries to explain it to her directly. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I went in for an eye exam for new glasses (prescription, prism and bifocal) after getting frustrated at me because she was moving too fast she quit. Then told me i need cataract surgery. .thank God I havent gone in for it because these new glasses are blurrier than my old pair...can see better without these glasses and no bifocal at all!
Went in for an eye exam she seemed to be in a be hurry. After spending almost $400 on glasses I couldn’t see. I went back a few days later said there is nothing they could do but give them another $170 and they will try it again. Spent $500 on the eye exam and glasses and still can’t see. I wont be back.
I was seen right away. The appointment went quickly and the staff were all very kind and knowledgeable.
