I had both knee replacement and shoulder surgery withDr. Larkin. He is very friendly, explains in detail and very positive. He doesn’t rush you and helpful. I have been very happy with his surgeries. I also feel Sarah Biles is a true asset to the practice. She is very helpful, reassuring and empathetic. I can talk with her and get answers. Appoints are easily scheduled. No long waits in the office. All staff are friendly and supportive.
We came to OrthoCincy for an annual sports physical because of their very generous partnership with the local schools. We were attended to by Dr. Valezquez, who was so upbeat, engaging, and informative. Very much appreciated him and the staff there.
Dr Robert Raines performed an ankle surgery on me in September 2023. I had a previous ankle surgery in 2020 which Dr Raines did not perform. Needless to say, if Dr Raines had done the 1st surgery there would not have been any need to have a 2nd surgery. I can't thank him and his team enough. I am no longer in any pain. My son saw Dr. Velazquez and liked him so so much! He was upbeat and friendly! My son plays baseball and Dr. Velazquez was very compassionate and wants to get him back on the field as soon as he can. Great experience for my son seeing a physician!
I was asked to come 15 minutes early and then waited 45 minutes from my scheduled time to be taken back to the examining room, where I waited for another 20 minutes for the doctor. I was then taken for an X-ray and waited 15 minutes for the doctor to return. I was barely examined for the diagnosis I already have. I’m one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and I won’t take blood. I explained this to Dr. Larkin. He was so loving and kind re: my stand; and stand I did after He operated on me. I had a bent knee from childhood plus my knee had so much pain. I walked 1500 ft. My day of surgery at St. Elizabeth hospital. Ps. I lost less than 50cc of blood during surgery. Office staff is very efficient and kind. Most friendly staff for a clinic setting. I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. V is so smart and knowledgeable of my current and related injuries. So glad our paths have crossed. He really wants the best for me. :)

However, my experience with Dr. Steve Hamilton was highly disappointing. His bedside manner was the worst I've ever encountered. He was unsympathetic to my concerns, and his responses were sarcastic, leaving me feeling dismissed and unheard.
